Home again, home again
Back to work. It was not pleasant getting everyone up for Mass, but definitely worth the effort. The boys were much more comfortable not being among a throng of writhing school children. Excellent homily. (And no one asked anyone to shout out a favorite saint!) The family was even willing to stay after with the Rosary group, tho we were cut short around the third sorrowful mystery when the school children started filing in for the 9:00 am Mass. The Rosary group retreated to the basement. Rick and the boys didn’t understand where the group was going, I was almost knocked over mid-genuflection by the over-eager school kids and by the time I recovered, they were headed out the side door. Oh, well.
Back to school.
