Makes me feel kinda guilty for my relief at not having to conscript my children for changing of the missalettes this morning.
Link via Amy Welborn.
I was relieved when our pastor asked everyone to stay a few minutes after Mass this morning to change the missalettes. Many hands do make light work. The first time I had to call in my personal troops to change the missalettes in a church that has a seating capacity of approx. 560, it was a jolly family adventure. The next time.....well, they knew the drill but they weren’t as enthusiastic. So, I really didn’t want to make a “Honey, would you and the kids mind coming up to church for a while?” call.

Reading about missionary families makes me feel like a real slacker.
