I beg the forgiveness of any family members who were awakened by the blender at 6:00 am. Gotta have that strawberry/banana smoothy. Let’s just hope that I can get in to the dentist this afternoon and replace that filling (the size of marble) that fell out yesterday. Solid food sounds so appealing....

Free advice to smoothy fans: Freezing the strawberries makes for a colder and thicker smoothy. This is a blessing when strawberries are on sale - it is possible to ‘stock up’ without having a ton of rotting fruit in the fridge.
