Friday Five

1. What's the last place you traveled to, outside your own home state/country? My sister’s house is Wisconsin via Minneapolis.

2. What's the most bizarre/unusual thing that's ever happened to you while traveling? It’s a toss-up between getting my purse stolen in Paris and then getting is back with most of the good stuff still in it and getting stuck in the airport in Houston after missing a connecting flight. I finagled a seat (1st class, no less) on the last flight to Chicago and while waiting found that I was sitting across from a couple who lived around the corner at home.

3. If you could take off to anywhere, money and time being no object, where would you go? Rome, Paris and then maybe a little time in New Orleans, just to relax after all the sightseeing.

4. Do you prefer traveling by plane, train or car? Plane.

5. What's the next place on your list to visit? The first opportunity that comes up. Or my sister’s house in Wisconsin for her December wedding.
