I was disheartened to come home from work Saturday and learn that I had missed a call from Martha. Not much new. But she did go to a concert at the Basilica in Minneapolis on Friday night. About three hours later, it dawned on me that it was no sacred music concert, but the big fund raising block party. (I can't remember who all she saw, but she did later mention The Thorns, who I have enjoyed on VH1 in the morning.) Wish she would have picked up a souvenir T-shirt for me. Just to wear to work on those days when I feel like risking my job....
